The range of Orkla Foods Latvija products is supplemented with three new bouillon concentrates – chicken, beef and fish.
It is a useful and currently popular gastronomy product, promoted in culinary editions, seminars and magazines. The liquid bouillon concentrate does not need to be diluted; it is easy to use in preparation of stews, aspics, soups, white and brown sauces etc.
Does not contain sodium glutamate or other flavour enhancers.
Preparation: The proportion of the bouillon concentrate is 40 ml to 1 l of water. It means that one packaging may be used to make 17.5 l of bouillon. After opening, the product is to be stored in fridge for no longer than 8 weeks.
